We offer targeted programmes tailored to the communities you serve.
Fit to exercise assessments are conducted and if appropriate G.P clearance for engagement is secured.
Physical activity programmes are designed for your group in consultation with your clients providing immediate client participation and inclusion. This ensures we effectively meet individual health & well being needs, include Cultural preferences and appropriately prepare for special needs adaptations.
Funded Services
We expect that as a community provider /agency, your services are financed via any number of funding streams.
As seasoned community providers with a long history of funding management, we will ensure that all services delivered by I AM will be fully evidenced in accordance to funding specifications, and appropriate documenations completed as part of delivery.
